Refund policy
14-day return window
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at osmsales@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Original challenge coins — all challenge coins are considered custom collectibles and are non-returnable
- Bullion and copper rounds — all bullion products are non-returnable due to fluctuating commodity values
- Sale items and gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Personal care or beauty products

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your eligible item and, once the return is accepted, place a new separate order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
