The reverse features the USN crossbar and seven command seals including NAVFAC, NAVSUP, U.S. Tenth Fleet, Special Operations Command Korea, Commander Fleet Activities Chinhae, Naval Hospital Yokosuka, and CNF/K Det Chinhae.
